Your first visit to Pomona Family Dental involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit.
Insurance:
We accept all private insurances, including PPO insurance plans and Denti-Cal.
We will make every effort to explain your own individual insurance plan before proceeding with any dental treatment.
Payment:
We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due when services are rendered. If dental treatment requires more then one visit, the balance may be broken up into payments.
